About the room
Hi There! We are looking to fill a room in our 4BD/3BR single family home in Eastside Costa Mesa, just a couple blocks away from the Back Bay!
The Room:
The room unfurnished is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-Story house with a shared bathroom. Although the bathroom is shared, it has 2 sinks and a lot of storage.
The room comes with 2 windows and a built in double closet. It’s a pretty big space and can fit a queen size bed and 2 dressers! And if you need more storage, there are built-in cabinets in the hallway.
Location:
Our home is located at the back of a Cul De Sac on a quiet residential street. Most of our neighbors families with young children.
The Back bay is just a 5 minute walk away!
The House:
4BD/3BR single family home in Eastside Costa Mesa that comes with 2 living rooms, a big kitchen with a walk-in pantry, formal dining room, kitchen nook, laundry room, huge backyard, and a 2 car garage!
It’s a pretty amazing space!
About the roomies
We are a group of 3 women in their late 20’s, two of us work from home! We are social and like to hangout but also like to keep to ourselves!
One of us is a creative who started her own vintage furniture company and the house is sometimes used to stage! So if you’re someone who doesn’t like a little change up every once in a while this may not be the place for you!
What we’re looking for!
An easy going female professional in their mid-late 20’s! We are looking for someone who is down to earth and social! WFH ok - not preferred, but not a deal breaker, since 2 of us already work from home it may be alot. Clean, respectful, and considerate of others. Alcohol/weed friendly in moderation Someone in the creative field, however any field will do!
