Looking for two roommates in need of additional space! Each roommate gets two private rooms and a private bathroom!

The house is a bungalow in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood in the Acushnet Heights Historic District. There are two floors available, each with two bedrooms (or an office or extra closet space) and a private bathroom. Leases are available for 6 or 12 months, and limited to single-occupancy. The first floor rooms are 11.5x13 (149.5 sq.ft.) and 11.5x10 (115 sq.ft.) and the second floor rooms are 10.5x14 (147 sq.ft.) and 10.5x12.5 (131.25 sq.ft.).

The common areas include a large living room and dining room with recently refinished hardwood floors, a large kitchen, a laundry room, and a small back yard. There’s an SRTA bus stop at the end of the block and a convenience store a short walk away. It’s a 7 minute drive to UMass Law and a 14 minute drive to UMass Dartmouth. Utilities included in the rent: heat/hot water, electricity, water/sewage, and high-speed internet. Off-street parking is available.

I’m a student in the JD program at UMass Law. I live in an in-law suite in the home with a separate entrance where I spend most of my time studying. I’ve got two pets, a black cat and a blind dog, and they can stay in the suite.
