Your private furnished room includes a bed, desk, chair, closet & flat screen TV with basic cable. All utilities are included. The bath is shared with 1 other. You’re invited to share my living room, kitchen and laundry. Outside there is a backyard patio. I’m in a great location near several stores and restaurants with quick access to the Mass Pike. First & last months rent must be paid prior to move in. Additional $50 per month for offstreet parking.

I am a semi-retired non-smoking gentleman. I own my 3 bedroom home and I have 2 Persian cats. I have 1 other roommate who is also a semi-retired gentleman and I am looking for the same/similar.
