Private furnished room with mostly private bathroom. Decent sized closet. I have a drive way and fenced in backyard. I have 4 cats. We are open to you having a cat or dog though. You will have access to whole first floor (except my office) and the yard. South of fairgrounds and 10-15 drive downtown. Two bus stops are nearby.
