We’re looking to sublet a private bedroom in our spacious house in the most walkable neighborhood of LA. The available room has an A/C unit, ceiling fan, big closet and new carpeting. Currently the room includes a full size bed and a desk & chair. These can be removed, if needed. The bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared. There is also a guest bedroom. While this is a month-to-month sublease, ideally we’d like someone to stay for 5-7 months with the possibility of extending if it’s a good match.

Walkability score is 98! • Freestanding house (not an apartment - so no shared walls) • Quiet street and tranquil home • Our bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house • Fenced in backyard (great for pups!) • Washer & Dryer in the house • Bathroom has shower and a tub (btw, neither one of us are bathroom hogs) • Always plenty of permit parking directly in front of house (street consists of single family homes… zero apt buildings). Can also park in driveway when open. • Also walkable to Cedars-Sinai and LACMA/Museum Row • 20 min to UCLA by car or bus • Utilities (gas, water, electric, internet, gardener, parking permit) are included • Because of 3 steps going into the house, the place is unfortunately not ADA compliant

About Us: My partner (he/him/his) and myself (she/her/hers) are NYC transplants. I am a freelance graphic designer that works from home and my partner has a 6am-6pm job outside of the house. We both focus on our jobs, our small hypoallergenic pup and I also collaborate on 2 creative projects that allows me to travel to fun places. On top of that, we travel several weekends every month, so you will have the place to yourself from time to time. We both are considerate, accommodating and have a good sense of humor. We are LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC allies. Our home is a calm, clean and quiet place. We’d like to share the space with someone who seeks this type of environment. I keep covid precautions top of mind as I frequently visit with my very elderly neighbors, so I’d like for a fellow roommate to do the same.

Looking for: A responsible professional who is kind, considerate and pays rent on time. Conscious and courteous with keeping the place clean (shared areas and your room.) Down-to-earth. Likes a calm environment. Someone who values clear communication and mutual respect. We will accept one quiet house trained dog so long you are a responsible owner.
