You will have your own private bathroom, great views of pikes peak, large shared spaces, in unit washer and dryer, covered parking. They are currently updating all the floors, lights, and repainting so I will post photos then. Rent will be prorated if you have an April move in.

I am a business professional so I’m gone most of the day. I like to keep common spaces clean and im very quiet.
