Krista's room

The bedroom comes with its own private bath and a tandem garage parking spot. There is also guest parking. Laundry room is downstairs on the main floor. The house has an outdoor patio on the main floor. It’s walking distance of the highland/Hollywood metro stop and Runyon canyon. The neighborhood is surprisingly very quiet consider how close it is to Hollywood.

We’re both creative and love to keep the home a positive environment for creating art. I’m a painter and my partner is a musician/actor. We are very tidy and like to keep the house clean. We are not heavy drinkers but like to have a chill drink at night. We have one cat, who is super friendly and cuddly.
