My home is located in beautiful old town Erie, Co, 4 blocks from restaurants, shops, post office, breweries, recreation center. Located in a small house with a wood stove, very large fenced yard with lots of privacy. Share kitchen, bathroom, yard. I am a retired teacher looking for a non smoking, laid back person who is willing to have quiet hours from 11pm-8am. One bedroom, either furnished or unfurnished.

I am a female retired teacher who works part time as a nanny. I love to cook, watch movies, hike, bike, camp and kayak at nearby lakes and in the mountains. I like to keep to myself most of the time and relax on my days off. You can enjoy my flower gardens and there is space in the back yard to put in planters or a small garden. Older home, very cozy, and on a very private corner lot with fence. Also space for fire pit in the yard for summertime fires.
