The room has a bed, dressers, and a TV. A mini fridge is right outside the room.

Storage is very limited if needed.

Shared common space on the 2nd floor which is the kitchen, living room, and laundry unit. All which are furnished.

Includes all utilities (WiFi, water, heat, gas, electric), condo fee, and a bi-monthly cleaning service.

We require 1st month ($1800) and security ($1800).

We are looking for someone who is neat, clean, and respectful. No drugs and smoking/vaping are allowed on the property.

The place is located near the Wollaston T Station. (6-8 min walk) Close to the highway, major supermarkets, and lots of restaurants. 24 Hour CVS and 7-11 just less than 5 mins away. 15-20 min walk to the beach

You’ll be living with me and my wife who are working professionals in our 30’s. We are big foodies, gamers, and tend to travel from time to time. Besides that we are a very quiet couple. We have 2 cats (females) and a mini pig (male)
