It is a beautiful two bedroom one bath apartment with a huge screened in porch. It is two blocks from the Ravenel Bridge, directly across from Trader Joe’s, a block from a Harris Teeter and a Whole Foods. Wonderful amenities like a workout gym, very nice pool with a huge grill surrounded by granite with table, tops and sofas for you to have a party at or a baby shower there . It also has tennis courts, dog parks, and to top it off, It has the most beautiful horticulture so you can take relaxing runs or walks through the paths of the neighborhood. Now about the inside. The home is fully furnished except for the room that you would be renting. That room has an awesome built-in desk with two big shelves above it. Huge windows. Nice blinds, big closet. My bedroom has the same sink and vanity that is in the shared bathroom. So that makes it nice that the vanity in the bathroom would be your space along with your own medicine cabinet. Hardwood floors throughout, except in the two bedrooms all stainless steel appliances. The decor is Ocean themed. It is on the first floor and you can walk to the fitness room and pool in two minutes.
