My roommate is moving out and I’m looking to fill her spot in our 2 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment in the desirable Atlantic Heights neighborhood. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom. It has a great yard and bouns loft space. There is an in-unit washer and dryer located in the basement. Unit is dog friendly, pending landlord approval. Rent is 1950/month (975 each) plus utilities.

I’m in my early 30s. I work full-time. When I’m not working I try to be active and outside as much as I can. I love hiking, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, ect.
