About the room
Private Bedroom and bath for one person only, in Buellton. “Vineyard Village” in Buellton, new Condo construction completed September 2018.
RENT INCLUDES: Bedroom Room with independent Bathroom. The bedroom is on the first floor and I live in the second and third floor. The room is semi-furbished it has a bed, and a desk. You can bring your bed and furniture. The bedroom has NO kitchen, but it does have a separate space with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster.
Utilities: Water, Electric, Gas, High Speed WiFi Internet; Soft Water.
Employment verification, pay stub of the last two months, credit score, rental history will be needed. The first month’s rent is due prior to occupancy, and one month deposit. Application fee of 20 dollars.
