Rose ann's room

I have a beautiful spacious townhouse to share. This would include your own bedroom and private bathroom. You will have shared use of the kitchen and living room along with the washer & Dryer. The bedroom is cable ready. This room is not furnished. The pictures show my grandsons furniture which will be removed. I am asking for Females only as you will be sharing this house with my daughter 30 years old and my grandson soon to be 4 years old. At this point I am asking for $1000.00 all inclusive however, if the utilities spike beyond reason I will ask to contribute to water and electric. I look forward to answering any further questions.

My daugther 30 years old and my 4 year old grandson lives there. She does work alot and he spends 1/2 the week with his father who has shared custody. So there will be many times you will be there by yourself
