First full month at half price. Second full month at regular price. This is an upstairs room within my home with a view. New mattress. Very nice neighborhood. End of cul de sac. Full use of facilities, yard, barbecue, laundry room, kitchen etc. The $300. security deposit is non refundable and goes toward maintenance and replacement and repair of appliances, etc. No pets, couples, children, heavy drinking or smoking of any kind please.

There could be up to 3 other renters when all rooms are full. I am looking for a clean, considerate person who has a fulltime day job outside the house. The rooms are single occupancy. My boyfriend and I are mature southern California transplants.
