Nice backyard also with private fencing so if you ever want to go outside while being at home, it’s available. Near Ybor, Buck Stadium & all around in the middle of everything. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood.

Not sure why it says shared room, you will have your own room. Besides that though, I enjoy keeping all spaces clean so there’s always a clean space to work with. I do have cats but clean after them and they’re all friendly. I mainly stay in my room when I’m not cooking. I also like to share the food I make if it’s anything appetizing to the next person. Sometimes I have my friend over but will be mindful and let you know because I wouldn’t want to walk into surprises either. VERY friendly so if you’re willing to become friends, I’m all for it (: ! AND if you’re a student at HCC, the Dale Mabry campus, it’s honestly ten minutes away. No couples, one individual only please.
