Hello everyone. So I have a bedroom in my house that I’m looking to rent out. It is a fairly large room. The hall bath will be your private bath. The rest of the house I’ll be looking to share. I do have 2 dogs that are super nice. The house is big, so we won’t be in each others hair. Very quiet neighborhood with a large park very close. All of the utilities are included. Cable, internet, kitchen etc… I’m looking for around $1000 for rent. I’m looking to start renting March 1st. I am a laid back guy. That works hard during the day and likes to relax in the evening. I have two dogs that are super nice.
