He WILL KEEP YOUR deposit WITHOUT clause or proof of what he charged you for. He will then use the money to remodel his house. He will do everything in his power to make you uncomfortable and accuse you of things to make you WANT to move out so he can then keep your deposit. IT IS ALL INTENTIONAL ON HIS END.

Rafa Vain is the owner of this house, THERE IS SEVERAL LAWSUITS AGAINST HIM CURRENTLY FOR THIS VERY ISSUE. He will charge you rent and deposit and HE WILL NOT FOLLOW TEXAS STATE LAWS and return your rent to you after you move out. He is a THEIF and attempted to steal the lawn mower I was kind enough to let him borrow. He (or his company) will walk in your room if you are there or not. He claims to be this great guy but within days you will see the issues. He has ruined EVERY SINGLE roommate situation I have witnessed by living there for 6 months. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. BE CAREFUL!!!
