About the room
One Room with YOUR OWN bathroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in ANTIOCH, TN.
You will share the entire apartment with me :)
There is a balcony for fresh air/smoking which you’re free to use.
You have access to the kitchen, refrigerator, and pantry space.
Washer and Dryer available for use INSIDE the apartment for a $40/monthly fee.
Rent is due BEFORE the 1st.
If you’re planning to pay rent WEEKLY or in Bi-WEEKLY, you must let me know in ADVANCE. The FULL amount of $930 is due before the month ends.
$500 Deposit is due upon move in.
Cost for utilities is split amongst the 2 of us.
