ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES! Large 3 bed/1.5 bath, where there are two showers in the home. Large backyard for planting, if that’s your hobby, I could not get anything to grow. I do have an 8lb Chihuahua, no other pets are allowed in the home. I have a small work out area in the home, large family area and a nice sized kitchen, if you enjoy cooking…I do! Internet, cable and trash ARE included in rent, NOT electric/water/gas.

I prefer someone that has a full-time job, outside the home. No smokers inside the home. You must be clean and respectful of my home. We will share certain areas of the home, please pitch in where needed, changing the garbage when needed for bathrooms and kitchen.
