Parking is $75/month. Pictures show apartment not furnished, but I’ve since moved in and common areas are nicely furnished. This apartment is in a very fun/artsy/cool part of Denver with tons of breweries/nightlife within walking distance. Building has a pool, gym, working space, concierge trash pickup, among other amenities.

About me: I’m a Boston guy and moved to Denver about a year ago. I am in software sales and I work from home. I travel for both work and personally quite a bit. Last year I traveled about 4 months cumulatively. I like to hike, snowboard and bike and would like if you’d want to do some activities together. I’m not a huge party-er, but have people over maybe once or twice a month. I’m neat/clean, but not obsessive about it.
