About the room
It is a very nice, main floor bedroom in a charming older home. Located in central Bellingham, the house is convenient to everything, neighborhood is wonderful and extremely walkable. I keep the house in very clean and tidy condition and would expect the same from a housemate. Fenced backyard and storage space upstairs for infrequently used possessions. Best of all, the neighbors are very friendly.
About the roomies
I’m a (mostly) retired 71 year old man with no children and I never married. I have a “tuxedo” cat. My home is located in a quiet, friendly, neighborhood, and the home is definitely not a party house. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place to live.
