Laundry in unit, we have a community pool. $889 All included. (Rent, electric, water, internet, tv in room, multiple streaming services). The bathroom is right next to the room, it would essentially be a private bathroom because I have one in my room. $200 application/BG check fee, requires HOA approval of applicant. No pets. No cigarette smokers please. 2 months rent due upon move in (1st and last). 7 month lease (March-September ).This is 30 min to Tampa, 20 min to DT St Pete, 10 min from Madeira Beach.

I’m 28, I have two jobs and I’m taking one college course online right now, so I’m very busy. I have two male cats, one is a kitten, and a male tortoise, who lives outside on the porch. I’m very friendly and open minded.
