Hi! I have an amazing room opening up in a lake worth beach cottage.

Great location , 2 blocks from downtown and the intercostal . Beach is a bike ride away or get a year Long Beach pass. Room is furnished and comes with all utilities. Best of all, it has plenty of storage /garage and you have use of the small boat.

I am a 41 year old professional male that sometimes has my 7 year old child so another professional would be nice . Rent is 1500 a month , first , last and deposit needed to move in. This amazing house in this fantastic location won’t last long so please reach out with any more questions.
