My roomie and I of 2 years are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and easy going to move into the master bedroom and downstairs office for $1100/mnth flat. (Rent,power,utilities & internet) The current roommate occupying the 2 rooms is moving before the lease is up for work. We would like someone to take over the lease and sign a new lease when the current one is up March 31st.

I’m 37 and work at a local restaurant. I’ll be attending school for welding this year. My roommate is a pilot. We get along great, are trustworthy, and rarely have anyone over. We both love animals, so pets are not a problem.
