About the apartment: In a gated complex on the second floor, nice neighbors who mind their business, part of HOA. Has some visitor parking next to the place but from 2AM-5AM they restrict it. Secure mail space that only open with keys. No gym but there’s a crunch fitness not too far away. I’ve been here for one year and I have had no issues and the roommate leaving was here for 5 and she has had no issues

About the home environment: we’d pretty much be 50/50. Chores, utilities, living space, everything. I’d respect you as long as you respect me. Take your shoes off at the door kind of place, makes cleaning easier and less frequent. I’m not a clean freak but I do like a clean environment. There’s a TV in the living room but my roommate is taking her Apple TV and couch so we’d having to figure that out. You get full kitchen access as well and there’s already cooking supplies there. Won’t trip if there’s some dishes in the sink because most likely you will see some left by me too but I’ll have em cleaned up by the end of the week for sure. No noise restrictions with me really but be considerate of the neighbors and hour of day. You’re free to welcome people to our place as long as they’re trusting. My friends will use my bathroom and your friends will use yours. Overnight guest are cool too as long as they don’t scare me and aren’t there a bunch. 420 friendly but if you aren’t you won’t have to worry about the space smelling. You’re free to do laundry whenever. Consider myself pretty chill but will say something if necessary.

About Me: l’m originally from the Bay Area but I’ve been living here for a little over a year. I’m a cal poly graduate and I now work as an IT tech and work from home pretty much. Will be like one day where I’m in the office. I go out sometimes on weekends and make trips back to the Bay Area but I’m home a lot. I cook a majority as well. I have people over sometimes. I have a little art setup in the corner of the apartment so sometimes I’m up at night doin stuff over there.
