Sublet (now-July 5, possibility to renew but cannot commit). I’m looking for $1,100 per month in rent (no security deposit, wifi/utilities will be paid by me).

Looking for someone to take the room my brother moved out of. Big walk in closet. Northern Liberties, there’s a pool, second one is almost done. Two gyms. I street park but the garage is about $300 per month. 5 minute walk to the Fillmore, Rivers casino, Other Half Brewery, North Bowl, Brooklyn Bowl etc.

Bedrooms share the full bathroom, half bathroom when you enter the apartment. 1,300 square feet. Exposed brick, big windows, lots of natural light. High ceilings too.

I’m 29, graduating law school in May. Other roommate is 30, a chemist. We’ve been friends since high school (NJ). I’m around more than he is, but we’re both pretty damn busy. I have a rescue dog (mix but bully breed). He’s very friendly and will rub up against you until you pet him. If you like dogs and the schedules work I would take off some rent for a 2 walks per day (not long ones unless you just feel like doing that). As long as you don’t hate animals we’re good. The amenities here are crazy and this new pool looks like it’s almost done. Newer gym has vr masks and a ski simulator.

I take the bar over the summer and I’m still looking for FT postgrad employment. I hope I can stay in the area and renew this lease again (this is our second year) but if I get a job anywhere else that will not be an option.
