Property located on vista ave. It is a basement duplex with its own private porch and entrance. The owner lives above the basement. The room is unfurnished and there is a shared bathroom. Entrance is through the garage in the back of the house. Washer and dryer on the property. 4 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood, neighbors keep to themselves but we all have each other’s backs and look out for one another. The room is small and will only occupy one person. Will start off with month to month lease and see how things go. Plenty of parking off to the side of the house. Perfect for a student going to BSU or working professional. Must be employed and have a consistent work history.

Just myself currently living on the property. I work downtown at St Lukes 7pm-7am during the week. 31 years old. I am responsible, laid back and respectable.
