Syd's room

Two bedroom, one bathroom house 888 sq ft with a huge, lush backyard. The house was built in the 1940’s but has recently been repainted and gotten new windows, doors, and hardwood flooring. A washer and dryer have been installed, but there is no dishwasher. Fifteen minute drive to downtown, and very close to most San Diego colleges. The house itself is fully furnished, but the bedroom is not. The bedroom has two windows - one front facing, and one facing the side of the house, and a closet.

Hi my name is Syd (they/them) and one lucky soul will have the honor of living with myself and my cat Divine. I am a Politics and Human Rights Major going to school in the area. Ideally, I’d love to find a fellow college student. I have a car, so lets carpool;) I’ve lived here the last 8 months and have found some cute places around town, but looking to explore more of San Diego w/ my potential future roomie. This house is a queer and cannabis friendly space. Pronouns are nonnegotiable - so get w/ it it’s 2023.
