The property: 2 miles from i-25 off the Manitou Springs exit situated right in between 26th and 31st. Right across the street is the old Colorado city store fronts. This apartment is a converted motel so each room has it’s own full bathroom with laundry on site. The room is very big, see photos of mine for comparison: mine has a queen bed, 2 coffee tables, my dresser, and a four seater sectional couch.
Each room has a large bay window and full private bath. Cleanliness is a an absolute must. Your room is yours but please understand that if you consider yourself a “messy” person or don’t clean up after yourself this might not work. Thanks! Just hmu

Hi, I’m Reuben. I’ve lived in the springs just over a year and love it. I’m 30 and work in sales for a Solar company so I set my own hours and can easily work from home. There is a work desk available in the shared living room. I’m working towards buying my own place and in general a pretty laid back guy. Looking for someone needing a room that has their own income and own personal vehicle. Also you’ll need to be vaxed. Pets are welcome. There’s a $200 one time pet fee.
