Megan's room

I own a 3 bedroom house in Tappahannock, VA, and it is 100% finished but I am planning on continuing to work on and renovate the house. It is just me that loves here currently, I am a 25 year old, teacher, and I have a dog. Her name is Ariel and she is nearly 4 years old. I am listing my spare guest room, it has a shared bathroom. The additional bedroom is an office space, there’s a large closet (not walk-in) in the bedroom, and 2 windows. It can be furnished prior to filling the vacancy, or can be cleaned out to bring your own furniture.

It is just me currently living in the house, I’m very open minded and genuinely work off of the common respect stand point.
