I want to rent a bedroom apartment that is 1200 a month and I’m willing to team up with anybody and pay half and u can pay half as long as they are responsible and plan to live here long term. I plan on moving into the apartment by the end of the month and would like for anybody to be interested. I would like a roommate who’s respectful and not too loud and who can clean up after themselves. If u have a pet I’m sorry. I’m allergic to pets and I have a child who I dont want to risk allergies too. If u are interested In teaming up. I need someone with an i.d and a good background check and a good credit in case the owner asks for it.

I’m a 21 year old student who goes to college and works fulltime and I live with a 2 year old son.
