Liv's room

Hiya! My name is Liv and this is my house. I am grateful every day for this beautiful property, and want to share it! It’s an interesting layout… one main house with 5 semi-attached apartments with their own kitchens, and 2 one-room studios - so although the technical listing should say “9 bedroom / 6 bath” it’s really much much more as it includes a pool, yurt, tennis court (wow - right?!?) and huge kitchen that’s big enough for all of us. You have your own private room with its own private entrance, and this bedroom has a private bath with huge shower. As you can see from the pictures, this room can easily fit a queen bed and a desk + another dresser or table. If you need some furniture we actually might have it for you to use. The full-size closet has some shelves and organizational drawers already installed.

Pets are welcome. All your utilities and WiFi are included in your rent. We have a full-size laundry room on site, take turns as needed, and even fold each others forgotten clothes from the dryer. You’ll have full access to the Main house Kitchen, Dining, Living, & Craft and Game Rooms. We mostly stick to ourselves and tend to gather in the kitchen for updates and sometimes cook dinner together. Some storage space available upon request. Quick access to both North and Southbound I-15: North toward Temecula (10-15 minutes), South toward San Diego (20-30 minutes), or head West toward Fallbrook township (15 minutes) for local shopping & restaurants, farmer’s market, movie theater, etc. Please text, call, or leave a message here and I’d love to give you a tour of the entire property!! We are a diverse group and all are welcome! We are each independent with our own jobs off site and then enjoy each other’s company with the occasional pool-side Dinner or weekend Brunch. We vary in ages from 20 to 70 and include: Outdoor enthusiast, behavioral therapist/author, young newlyweds and their baby, a student/musician, and a single mom + 2 tweens who visit on the occasional weekend!
