Private rm bath directly across just painted fixed up a bit really nice quiet neighborhood no drama or problems of any kind have rm downstairs also with fire place included in rent can fix up how u want have garage nice backyard house is nice gettin new microwave everything works great room good-sized have use of entire property got pool fishing tennis orange groves hiking trails basketball etc
