Easy street parking, but you don’t need a car in this neighborhood. West Hyattsville train, walkable to the mall, walkable to Busboys and Poets, easy commute to College park and anywhere you want go in the city.

I am a teacher, an artist, and a vegetarian with a vegetarian kitchen. The house has cats and dogs, but I do keep it clean because I’m allergic. Would love to find somebody who could pet sit when I’m out of town, and even better if you know how to garden because I’m not really not and my friends say it’s a gardener’s dream. Really looking for somebody who will be a roommate, and not just a tenant.

I am open to a pet, but only if they really would be ok would my pets, unfortunately not several. But we would need to talk about it and have a meet and greet for the pets.
