Move in by April 1st, rent due by April 5th. (Let us know if you want earlier we can work something out) Hey! Abby, Junior and Shailoh are looking for a someone to rent out a medium sized room. Preffered females but theys and gays welcome. Room size is 12x9 with a standard closet.
The trailer is 1340 sq ft total, double wide in the back of the park so its quiet back there. We already have the max amount of animals (2 cats) so no more pets. It’s a 12 month lease but we want to stay for a few years if possible. Will need to sign a roommate agreement agreeing to be nice and not leave unexpectedly (will not get security deposit back if so) And will need to hang and smoke a few times before we approve anyone for sure! (Were super nice, just neurodivergent and queer so gotta be safe)

We all graduated in 2021 and it’s our first place together! Shailoh and Junior are together and share the master bedroom and bathroom. And Abby has the first bedroom. Yours is circled <3 We’re all good friends and pretty chill and it’s our first place so we’re looking for a friendly she, gay or they to chill and smoke with.
