• Packages dropped off inside the building, there is a package drop box but they never leave them there.
• No lost packages since i’ve been here

• Pretty good sized kitchen/ dining area

• Gas stove
• Hardwood floors in common areas
• Bedrooms are carpeted
• The open room has a west facing window
• Easily fits queen size bed

• Others: ~$50-$80/month (gas has been higher in the winter)
• Parking: Great street parking and also a lot shared with another building for $50/month for a spot, or $100/month for a garage spot. Depending on availability.
