We, 4 college students are hoping to find a female roommate who wants to rent out a Private Bedroom + Shared full-size bathroom (shared with one other person). This room is located near the kitchen (easy access for midnight snacks 😉) and has more than enough space for all your belongings. We are hoping for this individual to occupy the space with a move-in date around March 1st

LOCATION BACKGROUND Located at the cusp of Chino Hills and Pomona, our home resides in a gated community located in a peaceful area that is near various amenities such like WinCo, Walmart, Target, The Shoppes, Costco (5–10-minute travel). Additionally, we are commuter friendly to Cal Poly Pomona as the time and distance from the university is 12 minutes by car and 34 minutes (avg) by taking the Foothill Transit 195 (right in front of the complex)!

RENT RESPONSIBILITIES The rent for the respected room will be $700 (utilities not included) a month. All utilities will be split by the five of us (Internet, Trash, Water, Gas, Electricity) and full house privileges is also welcomed, so no need to fret.

We as a house spare no effort to welcome and create a safe space for anyone that may be interested. As a relaxed house, we help one another to keep our home safe, clean and comfortable.
