It is the ideal location and house for a young professional or student. The room is for one person only. Searching for a responsible roommate that is between the ages of 21-35 years old. covers rent, all utilities (including unlimited wifi), mowing, snow removal, common area supplies (toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. to make it easy. About the only thing you need to buy yourself is clothes detergent), and We pay to have someone responsible for cleaning in the common areas to keep things tidy. 3 full bathrooms, with brand new flooring, fixtures and vanities. The current roommates are in their mid to late 20’s, responsible, work full-time jobs or take classes, enjoy sports and other activities. We want to find someone who will mesh well with the group. 2 large living rooms, house is fully furnished in the common areas with brand new couches, rugs and 50 inch flatscreen tv. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Only a 3 month lease is required, then goes to month-to-month after that. If you would like a month to month lease it will be $100 extra.
