Currently, no one lives in the other room. So you may potentially live alone for a while, or additionally find a friend/partner to rent out the other room (I can provide that information.)

Includes private bathroom and large walk-in closet. Plenty of storage space. Great view of the river, Church Street Church, the Sunsphere, Neyland Stadium and more. Easy walk to campus with access to a shuttle as well.

Fully furnished living room and bedroom (desk, chair, mattress and bedroom, wardrobe, and end table.)

Parking would be an additional $95 a month. If you don’t have a car or want the parking, I would continue to cover the parking fee for the remainder of the lease.

There are tons of facilities here, including a pool, workout room, yoga room, a resident lounge, storage and more.

This is actually a sublease at the 303 Flats apartment. I will be the one moving out. There is currently no one else living here with me, but that will potentially change by the time you move in.
