Lilah's room

The room faces the back yard and gets a lot of light. It’s about 10x12 w a closet and 2 windows, lament flooring. Laundry on site. Shared bathroom. Huge back yard. Fully furnished common areas and kitchen. Except I don’t have a tv for the living room. The whole house is bright and I have house plants everywhere. I have a futon that’s truly hideous (the cover is from the 90s) in the living room, but it’s for guests. So I need a better cover for that. Lol I’ve got art all over the walls. There will be some space for your art as well. Update, I have covered the hideous futon. It looks much better now.

Hi! My name is Lilah and the other roommates name is Tre. I am a full time student at csus and Tre works as a lyft driver. I have 2 small dogs and a cat, all well trained. I am home a lot, Tre is hardly ever home. He usually gets home late night and I see him a bit in the AM. But he pays his bills no questions asked. I believe in sharing the responsibility of chores and creating a safe space for everyone to exist in. I am the main lease holder and I’ve lived here for 7 years. I am protective of my space and I would appreciate a person who is like minded and wants to ensure their home is their sanctuary.
