Nan's room

Seeking a short term roommate (month-to-month) for the summer. The space is a large first floor apartment in the East Hills neighborhood. The available room is currently being used as an office with a twin, roll out cot for guests. The room, which is 12’6 x 9’1, can be furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom is shared. The apartment features in unit laundry, dishwasher, and microwave. There is plenty of street parking. Two cats live in the unit. No additional pets, please.

I’m a professional woman who works Monday through Friday. I spend my time at the gym, yoga, out with friends, and at my favorite tea shop. I am neat and clean, but not OCD. I occasionally have friends over, but mostly spend my time at home decompressing.
