Market Street

Cute and cozy furnished 1 bedroom apartment with loft space (I’m renting the separate bedroom below). It’s located on a quiet residential street but only a 5 minute walk to the beach, Abbot Kinney and canals. Loungy outdoor patio and courtyard with plants, table, chairs and a hammock under a huge avocado tree. The space has large windows, an ocean breeze, lots of sunlight and closet space.

I’m looking for a mellow person who is respectful of the neighbors and the space. No pets, no drama, no drugs please… Me? 40s, work away from home, have a dark sense of humor, hike/bike, non-smoker but 420 friendly, clean, responsible, hardly ever home and am hoping to find the same. I may go out to dinner with friends but never bring the party home.
