One room has a queen size bed $750/month and the other room is bigger with king size bed $850/month. Able to cook, use fridge, and be comfortable living in a house like your own. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, neighbors are law enforcement. Fingerprint/coded entry to your room. Security Camera on living/dining area, front and back patios. Security system in the house. For couples in one room, add $200. Children friendly if renting the 2 rooms. Negotiable on terms. May use treadmill and weights. Washer and dryer provided in house. Fire pit in the back patio.

Owner will be out most of the time and only stays 2-3 days per week. Room renters will be renting the whole house for the majority of the time. Renting 2 rooms only. Shared bath between 2 roomies.
