Pioneer Drive

This is a 4 bed and 2.5 bath apartment with three great roommates who are all still in college at MSU, one male and 2 being female! Matt is moving out so you would make the fourth roommate here and we would do a lease transfer. The security deposit for this place would be $437.50 (which you would get back this July) and the rent is $568.75 a month. The lease is only until July 11th, 2023 so it’s a short-term lease, but this room is great if you’re just looking for a place to stay till more apartments become available after this semester ends, plus you’ll get an assigned parking spot. The basement has two rooms in which the other male roommate lives. The photos showcase the room in which you’d be renting. It’s worth mentioning the bathroom is shared between the two rooms in the basement. Rent is cheap for Bozeman and it’s in a great location only 4 minutes from campus and 7 minutes from downtown if you are driving. The one male roommate’s name is Konner. He’s very kind and mostly keeps to himself. He owns a cute golden retriever named Blue who is also very friendly. One of the girls is Jodee or “Jo” for short, and she also owns a small rat-terrier dog. It is very friendly as well and loves to cuddle. Jo is very outgoing and loves being outside, which is where she will be most of the time. Lastly is Mollie, a quiet but also very friendly person as well.
