This is a private studio apartment with its own separate, private entrance from the main house. Reserved parking space is available on the property. The studio boasts high ceilings for a spacious feel. 550 sq ft with a Queen Bed in master bedroom, two cozy twin mattresses in the loft & a fold out couch that transforms to a full bed.

Furnished with simplicity in mind, the studio has most everything you need to live day to day. There is a 65“ smart tv in the living room and a smaller tv in the master bedroom. On-site laundry, outdoor patio space with artificial turf, utensils/dishes/pots/pans/appliances in the kitchen, towels and shower curtain in bathroom. What stays in the studio can be negotiable for smaller items. The larger furnishings like bed/couch/TVs and storage are not negotiable and stay in the studio as “furnished”. This space is a must see.

The studio is conveniently located on the west side of Colorado Springs right above Old Colorado City. It’s tucked in a quiet culdesac with a nice park across the street. We are minutes from I-25 and Hwy 24. Bear creek park and the Broadmoor are very close. Access to mountains, hiking and trails right in your back yard. Penrose Stadium is right down the street from us and we are very close to downtown as well. Wonderful location! Nice, safe neighborhood.

There are two roommates in the main household along with myself and my two children. Our property is peaceful and quiet. We all look out for one another. There is one dog on the property, Doxx.
