South Westcliff Place

I am currently living in a 2 story 2 bed 2.5 bath with my cousin who will be moving out at the end of March. Looking for someone to sign a year lease with me. Living room and kitchen are furnished. Bedroom and bathroom are not so you can make it cozy and decorate how you like! I’m also totally open to moving some stuff and making room for extra furniture if you have it. The rent is $800 unless you would like a garage. Wifi is $30 and utilities vary month to month. This is a 420 friendly house hold. Very laid back. As long as you pick up after yourself, pay rent on time and are respectful then we should get along great. You will get the private room and bathroom all to yourself. Washer and dryer in unit and there’s a dishwasher. Apartment complex has a pool, sauna and gym. Let me know if you have any questions!

It’s just me. No pets, kids or other roommates. I work at a dispensary and a sip and paint studio. I usually work 6 days a week and I try to keep myself busy. If I’m at the house I’m either up in my room, watching something in the living room or painting in my studio. I’m very easy to get along with but can also respect privacy if you prefer it. I love the outdoors too so I’m usually out and about during the summer.
