Are you looking for an LGBT+ friendly room in a small building with a garden and quiet chill neighbors? Maybe a place that’s walking distance from the Expo line for easy access to Santa Monica and Downtown?

I have a good sized bedroom, with hardwood floors, a reasonably sized closet, wifi, and portable AC unit available to rent. The room is currently unfurnished, but I can provide furniture with enough notice and additional deposit. We will share the bathroom and kitchen space, but there’s plenty of storage for two. We’ll also share the single parking spot - alternating each month with who gets to use it.

I am a geeky, 38 yr old nonbinary person who works in the VFX industry. I’m scatterbrained, a little cluttered, but otherwise pretty quiet and introverted. I do have a dog and 3 foster cats, however, so you must be comfortable with living with animals. They’re all chill little dudes who will be curious and want to get to know you.
