A Notice to Vacate HAS to be Issued on Rent Due Date between the (1st and the 4th) of the Month Via Text Messaging. Moving Out Has to be Completed by the Last Day of that Same Month.

Only 3 minutes away walk to the Marta bus stop and 7 minutes drive to either Chamblee or Doraville Station.

Plenty of Major Hot Spots All within a 2.5 mile Radius.

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO Loud Music, Yelling, Foul Language, Door Slamming, or any other noise that disturbs other residents is permitted at any time.

2. NO Smoking Inside the House.

3. NO Illegal Drugs in the House.

4. NO Excessive Drinking of Alcohol that Amounts to Bad Behavior that Disturbs other House Residents.

5. NO Harassing or Disturbing other House Residents.

6. NO Overnight Guests.

7. NO Pets Allowed.

8. NO Accumulation of Newspapers, Food, Garbage, Flammable Materials, Bodily Waste, or other Debris in the Rooms.

9. NO Walking Around Naked in the House Especially in the Common Shared Areas of the Property. Residents may not dress “topless” or “bottomless”, or wear anything that exposes their private parts (intentionally or not).

N.B:

1. Please Contact me ONLY when You are ready to Come See the Room within 2 hours of us communicating.

2. Leave your name & cell phone number behind and will contact you within an hour.

3. Also be prepared in the sense that if you do end up liking the room, THEN and ONLY THEN Will You Close the Deal at that time and so BE ID READY and HAVE PAYMENT READY so I can hand you the house key.

4. If you wish to move in on a different day but want to reserve the Bedroom, you will be required to pay the Rent from the day of reservation until the end of the month.
