Tara's room

I am renting out three rooms in my home located in Gladstone, MO! I live in the basement with my three cats, but you’ll live upstairs in a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. I am open to renting a room to someone with a cat or a small dog, as long as we do a pet meet-and-greet first to see if our pets are compatible. My home is located in a quiet neighborhood and would be a perfect fit for commuter students or young professionals! Utilities will be split evenly by number of people living in the house.
