Aptos Room for Rent!

Hi! We are looking for someone to sublet this room until July 31 with a possibility of renewing the lease. Large shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. On-site laundry and plenty of parking. Rent is $1495 plus about $100 in utilities each month. Looking for someone asap to hopefully move in February but it’s flexible. Room is fairly large (there is a queen mattress in the picture) with a full bath next to it.

3 people in their early 20s live here currently with 3 friendly cats. 2 work full time and 1 does school and work part time. We are all LGBTQ+ friendly and people of color and are very clean and respectful with a lots of open communication.
